# Installing Azaan Alarm 2.0.1

1. Download the APK only from:
   https://supportamk.com/android/azaan-alarm/
2. Compare the downloaded file's SHA-256 value with the checksum published on
   that page.
3. Open the APK from your browser or file manager.
4. If Android asks, allow "Install unknown apps" only for the browser or file
   manager you used.
5. Confirm that the installer shows the app name "Azaan Alarm".
6. Finish installation, then remove the temporary "Install unknown apps"
   permission if you no longer need it.

com.supportamk.azaanalarm

Compatibility:
Android 6.0 or newer

Alarm setup:

- Allow notifications so prayer reminders and playback controls can appear.
- Allow exact alarms when Android asks.
- Follow the in-app battery guidance if your device delays alarms.
- Choose a manual location or use the optional one-time GPS setup.
- Review the calculation method and compare times with a trusted local
  timetable.

Silencing an alarm:

Use a volume button, the lock-screen Mute control, or the notification Silence
action. Turning the screen off alone does not silence Azaan.
