Licensor
The licensor is Abdul Moonir Khan, trading as AMK / Support AMK (referred to
below as "AMK").

1. Licence grant
AMK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install,
and use an unmodified official copy of Azaan Alarm without charge on devices
that you own or control. Donations are voluntary and do not unlock features,
content, services, or additional licence rights.

2. Restrictions
Except where applicable law does not permit a restriction, you may not sell,
rent, sublicense, republish, redistribute, repackage, modify, or create a
derivative work from the proprietary parts of Azaan Alarm. You may not remove
copyright, attribution, trademark, or other rights notices. You may not use
the AMK, Support AMK, or Azaan Alarm names or branding to imply endorsement.
Reverse engineering is prohibited except to the limited extent expressly
allowed by applicable law.

3. Third-party materials
This licence applies only to material owned or controlled by AMK. Open-source
software, Quran data and translations, Azaan recordings, and other third-party
materials remain governed by their own licences or rights statements, as
identified in the Third-Party Notices supplied with the app and download. This
licence does not limit any rights granted directly by those third parties,
including rights under MIT, Apache License 2.0, Creative Commons, or CC0 terms.

4. Ownership
Azaan Alarm is licensed, not sold. AMK retains all rights in the proprietary
application code, interface, branding, and original artwork that are not
expressly granted above.

5. User responsibility
Prayer times and Qibla calculations can differ from local mosque or authority
schedules. You are responsible for checking important times and directions
against trusted local guidance. Alarm delivery can be affected by Android and
device-manufacturer settings.

6. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azaan Alarm is provided
"as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AMK does not
guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact alarm delivery, or the accuracy or
availability of third-party content and services.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMK will not be liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss arising from use
of, or inability to use, Azaan Alarm. Rights that cannot legally be excluded or
limited remain unaffected.

8. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you materially breach its terms. On
termination, you must stop using and delete the proprietary application,
without affecting rights that third-party licences grant independently.
