("AMK") throughout this licence.

1. LICENCE GRANT

AMK grants each recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable licence to download, install, and use an unmodified official copy of
Duplicate Inspector for Android free of charge for lawful personal,
professional, or internal business use. You may keep reasonable backup copies
of the unmodified APK solely for your own use.

Duplicate Inspector is freeware, not public-domain or open-source software.
Donations are optional, unlock nothing, and do not purchase features, content,
services, ownership, support commitments, or additional licence rights.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Except where applicable law expressly permits or AMK gives prior written
permission, you may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, repackage,
modify, translate, create derivative works from, bypass technical restrictions
in, or reverse engineer AMK-owned portions of Duplicate Inspector. You may not
remove or alter its publisher, copyright, licence, signature, or attribution
information.

You may not use the Duplicate Inspector or AMK names, branding, icons,
screenshots, or other artwork to imply that AMK authored, endorsed, or
published another product. Direct other people to the official Support AMK
download page rather than republishing the APK.

3. THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Any third-party component remains subject to its own copyright and licence
terms. This proprietary licence does not replace, restrict, or expand those
third-party terms. See

4. FILE REVIEW AND DELETION

Duplicate Inspector is a file-management utility. It never deletes files
automatically, but files that you select and confirm are permanently deleted
and cannot be restored by the app. You may manually select every file in a
duplicate group. Review names, paths, previews, and selections carefully and
keep an independent backup of important files before deletion.

5. NO WARRANTY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duplicate Inspector is
provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or guarantees of
accuracy, availability, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose,
complete duplicate detection, uninterrupted operation, or file recovery.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMK is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising
from use of or inability to use Duplicate Inspector. Nothing in this licence
excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be
excluded.

7. TERMINATION AND ACCEPTANCE

This licence ends if you materially breach its terms. Installing or using
Duplicate Inspector means that you accept these terms. If you do not accept
them, do not install or use the software.
