Owner-provided status statement

The licensor states that he owns Expense Home and has authority to distribute
the application and its AMK-created name, branding, interface, icon, artwork,
screenshots, and documentation. This is an owner-provided declaration, not an
independent legal verification or legal advice.

Permission

The licensor grants each recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable licence to download, install, and use an unmodified official copy of
Expense Home without charge for personal household record-keeping or internal
use.
Donations are voluntary and do not purchase or unlock any feature, content,
reward, service, ownership interest, or additional licence right.

Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits or the licensor provides prior written
permission, you may not sell, sublicense, repackage, redistribute, publish,
modify, translate, create derivative works from, bypass technical restrictions
in, or reverse engineer AMK-owned portions of Expense Home. You may not remove copyright, licence,
publisher, signature, or attribution information. You may not use AMK names,
logos, screenshots, or artwork to imply endorsement or authorship of another
product.

Third-party components

Open-source components bundled with Expense Home remain subject to their own
licences. Those licences are identified in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt and are not
restricted by the proprietary terms above.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Expense Home is supplied
"as is" and "as available", without warranties or guarantees of accuracy,
availability, fitness for a particular purpose, data retention, recovery, or
error-free operation. Users are responsible for reviewing records, securing
files, and keeping independent backups.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor, AMK, and
Support AMK are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or data-loss damages arising from use of or inability to use Expense Home.
Nothing in this licence excludes a right or liability that applicable law does
not allow to be excluded.
