DIRECT APK INSTALLATION
Use release/HisabKit-1.1.0-production.apk only from an AMK / Support AMK
authorised source. Verify its SHA-256 against the value above before installing.
Android may ask the user to allow installation from the browser/file manager,
and Play Protect may inspect a directly installed APK.

On a clean device/profile:
1. Install the APK.
2. Open Settings - Privacy Policy and confirm the policy is readable.
3. Set up the business profile or restore a checksum-validated recovery export.
4. Choose the visible records folder.
5. Verify records, PDF/share, backup, cold restart, and a monthly CA package.

PREVIEW OR DIFFERENT-SIGNATURE MIGRATION
1. Create a complete recovery export from the old installation.
2. Validate it in HisabKit and retain an independent copy outside app storage.
3. Preserve the visible Documents and CA Packages folder separately.
4. Uninstall the old differently signed app. Uninstallation removes protected
   app data.
5. Install the production APK.
6. Restore HisabKit-current.json before reconnecting the old visible workspace.
7. Reconnect the visible workspace and cold-start HisabKit.
8. Verify the profile, record count, documents, PDFs, and CA package.

VERIFIED RESULT
The exact final APK was clean-installed on Samsung SM-X115, Android 16/API 36,
at 2026-08-01 06:30:56 IST. Its installed base.apk hash matched exactly. One
existing document was restored, the visible workspace reconnected, the full
in-app privacy policy rendered, PDF/share created a new PDF, and a fresh July
CA package passed integrity and 11-sheet workbook checks.

FUTURE RELEASES
- Keep the package name unchanged.
- Increase versionCode above 2.
- Use the protected upload key.
- Re-run tests, Bundletool/signature checks, clean install/restore, privacy and
  Data Safety review, PDF/share, and CA workbook QA.
- Never distribute signing keys or credentials with release files.
