HISABKIT FOR ANDROID — PROPRIETARY FREEWARE LICENCE AND END USER TERMS

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING HISABKIT

HisabKit is an offline-first business-document and record-keeping application
published by AMK / Support AMK. Its licensor is Abdul Moonir Khan, trading as
AMK / Support AMK. By installing or using HisabKit, you accept these terms.

1. LICENCE AND LAWFUL USE

The licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
download, install, and use an unmodified official copy of HisabKit free of
charge for lawful personal, professional, or internal business record-keeping.
This permission applies to copies provided through Google Play,
supportamk.com, or another distribution channel authorised by the licensor.

Except where applicable law expressly permits it or the licensor gives prior
written permission, you may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify,
translate, adapt, repackage, republish, or redistribute AMK-owned portions of
HisabKit, whether commercially or otherwise. You may not remove ownership,
copyright, licence, publisher, signature, or attribution notices, falsely sign
the application, or represent yourself as its publisher.

These terms do not transfer ownership of HisabKit, its name, branding, source
code, artwork, or other proprietary material. HisabKit's AMK-owned portions
are proprietary freeware, not open-source software. Rights available under
applicable law are not restricted where they cannot lawfully be restricted.

You must not use HisabKit to create unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or
unauthorised documents or records.

2. BUSINESS, GST, AND DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

HisabKit is a record-keeping utility. It does not file GST returns, replace a
chartered accountant, accountant, tax adviser, or lawyer, or guarantee that a
document complies with every legal, accounting, or filing requirement.

You are responsible for checking company and party information, GSTIN and
other identifiers, document types, statutory fields, tax rates, calculations,
totals, payment and dispatch details, filing treatment, and exported records
before issuing, sharing, filing, or relying on them.

3. LOCAL STORAGE, UNINSTALLATION, AND RETAINED COPIES

HisabKit stores its live database and working files in Android-protected app
storage. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling HisabKit removes that
protected live data. Replacing a preview or differently signed installation
may require uninstalling it first and can therefore remove its protected data.

Files saved in a visible folder selected through Android, exported through the
app, or shared with another application or storage provider may remain after
HisabKit is uninstalled. You are responsible for protecting and, when needed,
deleting those copies through the relevant device, Files app, or provider.

4. BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY

HisabKit can create local backups and can write copies to a visible folder you
select. These features reduce some risks but cannot guarantee recovery from
device loss, hardware failure, Android or application errors, corruption,
malware, accidental deletion, user action, inaccessible storage providers, or
other failures.

You are responsible for creating regular independent backups, keeping at least
one verified copy outside protected app storage, protecting access to the
device and storage locations, and checking that restored records, PDFs, and CA
packages are complete and readable.

5. PRIVACY AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

HisabKit processes business records locally and does not require an account or
send those records to an AMK server. The current application does not include
advertising, analytics, behavioural tracking, or automatic AMK cloud
synchronisation.

When you deliberately share a file, select a third-party storage provider, or
open https://supportamk.com/, the selected application, provider, or website
handles that interaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Review the
HisabKit privacy policy supplied with the release and published on the Support
AMK website for more detail.

6. VOLUNTARY DONATIONS

Donations are voluntary. They do not unlock HisabKit features, change access
to records, purchase ownership or investment rights, or create a guarantee of
support, tax advice, or additional warranties.

7. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

HisabKit includes open-source and third-party components. Those components
remain subject to their applicable copyright notices and licence terms. The
HisabKit third-party notices supplied with the release identify the principal
components and licence families. These terms do not replace or limit rights
granted under an applicable third-party licence.

8. AVAILABILITY, WARRANTY, AND LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HisabKit is supplied "as
is" and "as available," without a guarantee that it will always be
uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular filing, or able to
prevent every loss of records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner and publisher are
not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of
business, loss of records, tax penalties, or loss caused by failure to verify
documents or maintain adequate backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or
limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
