HISABKIT FOR WINDOWS - PROPRIETARY FREEWARE LICENCE AND END USER TERMS

HisabKit is published by AMK / Support AMK. Its licensor is Abdul Moonir Khan,
trading as AMK / Support AMK. By installing or using HisabKit, you accept these
terms.

LICENCE GRANT

The licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
download, install, and use an unmodified official copy of HisabKit free of
charge for lawful personal, professional, or internal business record-keeping.
This permission applies only to copies supplied through supportamk.com or
another distribution channel authorised by the licensor.

Donations are voluntary and unlock no feature, content, service, reward, or
additional licence right.

RESTRICTIONS AND OWNERSHIP

Except where applicable law expressly permits it or the licensor gives prior
written permission, you may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify,
translate, adapt, repackage, republish, or redistribute AMK-owned portions of
HisabKit, whether commercially or otherwise. You may not remove ownership,
copyright, licence, publisher, or attribution notices, or represent yourself
as HisabKit's owner or publisher.

HisabKit's AMK-owned code, name, branding, interface, icon, artwork,
documentation, and promotional media are proprietary. This licence transfers
no ownership or source-code rights. Abdul Moonir Khan states that he owns or
has authority to distribute those materials. This is an owner-provided
declaration, not an independent legal verification or legal advice.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Open-source and other third-party components included with HisabKit remain
subject to their respective copyright notices and licence terms. Those terms
are identified in HisabKit-Windows-Third-Party-Notices.txt and are not replaced
or restricted by this proprietary licence.

HisabKit is an offline business-document utility supplied "as is". You are
responsible for checking invoices, GST treatment, statutory fields, tax rates,
calculations, filing requirements and legal compliance before issuing or
relying on any document.

DATA AND BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY

HisabKit stores its working data in the folder you choose during
business-profile setup. Hardware failure, Windows problems, malware,
accidental deletion, corruption, uninstall actions or loss of the computer can
result in data loss. The software includes manual backups and keeps a limited
set of automatic local backups, but these do not replace your own independent
backup routine.

You are responsible for:

- creating regular HisabKit backups;
- keeping copies on another drive or trusted cloud location;
- protecting access to this Windows account, computer and selected data folder;
- checking that exported PDF files, CA packages and restored backups are
  complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software and its owner
are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of
business, loss of records, tax penalties or loss caused by failure to maintain
adequate backups. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that
cannot legally be excluded.

PRIVACY

The desktop edition works locally and does not send company records, invoices,
uploaded logos or signatures to the owner. Clicking the donation link opens
https://supportamk.com/ in your default browser, where that website's own
privacy terms apply.

DONATIONS

Donations are voluntary. They unlock nothing and do not purchase ownership,
investment rights, guaranteed support, tax advice, services, digital benefits,
or additional warranties or licence rights.
