IN TIME PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: July 21, 2026

In Time is a Windows desktop application made by AMK. This policy explains how
information is handled when you use the software.

1. LOCAL BY DESIGN

In Time operates locally on your Windows PC. It does not collect, transmit, sell,
rent, or share personal information. The software contains no advertising,
analytics, user account system, telemetry, or update tracking.

2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR PC

When you create a schedule, Windows Task Scheduler stores the settings needed to
run it. These settings may include:

- selected weekdays and times;
- the local path of a program, shortcut, or script;
- a Windows installed-app identifier;
- optional command-line arguments and a working-folder path; and
- whether a schedule is active and whether it may wake the PC.

This information remains on your PC under the control of Windows.

3. WINDOWS PERMISSIONS AND FEATURES

In Time uses Windows Task Scheduler and Windows power controls only to perform
actions you request. Choosing an installed app gives In Time the local identifier
or file path needed to launch it. In Time does not inspect the contents of the
selected app or its files.

4. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

Apps opened by an In Time schedule operate independently and are governed by
their own privacy terms. In Time does not monitor data those apps process. The
optional donation link opens in your default browser; the destination website
operates independently under its own privacy terms.

5. RETENTION AND DELETION

Schedules remain in Windows Task Scheduler until you delete them. You can
activate, deactivate, or delete schedules from the Schedules page in In Time.
Uninstalling In Time does not silently remove schedules you created.

6. NETWORK ACCESS

In Time itself does not send information over the internet. A program launched
by a schedule may use the internet independently. The optional donation link opens
the configured website in your default browser only when you click it.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

In Time does not collect information from anyone, including children.

8. POLICY CHANGES

If In Time's data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new
effective date and included with the software.
