PhysioKeep 1.2.1 installation guide

Requirements
------------
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- 64-bit (x64) computer
- Approximately 363 MiB of available disk space for the installed app, plus
  space for patient records, Excel workbooks, PDFs, and WhatsApp cache
- Internet for WhatsApp Web and the optional Support AMK page; core records,
  billing, Excel workbooks, and local PDFs work offline

Before installation
-------------------
1. Download PhysioKeep-Setup-1.2.1.exe from the official Support AMK page.
2. Confirm the file size is 111090466 bytes.
3. Verify the SHA-256 is:
   430EE354E9BEE93C2BCA4AB68F6F018CA15F0A4692B8A0C2A391FF1C0D14E90B

Install
-------
1. Open the installer.
2. The installer is unsigned. Windows may show "Unknown publisher" or a
   SmartScreen warning. Continue only when the checksum matches this guide.
3. Choose the installation folder or accept the per-user default.
4. Complete installation. PhysioKeep creates Start-menu and desktop shortcuts.

Local records
-------------
- Documents\PhysioKeep Records: JSON backup and per-patient Excel workbooks
- Downloads\PhysioKeep Receipts: receipt PDFs
- Downloads\PhysioKeep Reports: diagnosis-report PDFs
- %APPDATA%\PhysioKeep: app data and the persistent WhatsApp Web session

Keep an independent backup of the Documents and Downloads record folders.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete those records.

WhatsApp
--------
Open WhatsApp in PhysioKeep and link an ordinary WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business
account using WhatsApp Web. Sending is optional and starts only after clinic
staff choose Send. Log out from the in-app WhatsApp page to clear its linked
session on that computer.

Optional support
----------------
The Donate page opens supportamk.com in the default browser. Donations are
voluntary, unlock no features, and are handled outside PhysioKeep.
