PHYSIOKEEP END USER TERMS

PhysioKeep is proprietary freeware provided by AMK for physiotherapy practices
and related record-keeping work.

1. PERMITTED USE
You may install and use PhysioKeep without a licence fee for your own practice,
organization, evaluation, or training. You may keep reasonable backup copies
of the installer. You may not sell, rebrand, sublicense, or distribute a
modified version without written permission from AMK.

2. PATIENT DATA AND CONSENT
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent, limiting access to the
Windows computer, choosing lawful retention periods, and meeting the health,
privacy, professional, and record-keeping requirements that apply to your work.
PhysioKeep stores ordinary local JSON, Excel, image, and PDF files that are not
encrypted by the app.

3. BACKUPS
You must maintain an independent, tested backup of important records. Local
hardware failure, accidental deletion, Windows account loss, malware, or an
unavailable storage device can make local files inaccessible.

4. CLINICAL LIMITS
PhysioKeep is an administrative and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical
device, certified electronic health record, diagnostic system, emergency
service, or substitute for professional clinical judgment.

5. WHATSAPP AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
WhatsApp communication is optional and user-triggered. WhatsApp and Meta are
independent third parties. AMK does not guarantee account availability,
message delivery, recipient identity, or compatibility with future WhatsApp
Web changes.

6. NO GUARANTEE
The software is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation,
medical accuracy, data recovery, regulatory compliance, or fitness for a
particular clinical purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, AMK and contributors are not responsible for indirect or consequential
loss arising from use of the software.

7. ACCEPTANCE
Installing or using PhysioKeep means you accept these terms. If you do not
accept them, do not install or use the software.

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be
excluded in your jurisdiction.
