Release verification

The public Drive file matches the tested local release byte-for-byte. A Microsoft Defender custom scan returned no matching detection on 1 August 2026. Verify the SHA-256 below.

Unsigned installer

This release is not digitally signed, so Windows may show “Unknown publisher” or a SmartScreen warning. Download only from this page and verify its checksum.

Clinical records

Keep each problem in its own episode.

  • Patient registration and editable profile details
  • Treatment-specific history questions
  • Pain scoring where it applies
  • Male and female front, back, left, and right body maps
  • New numbered episodes without changing earlier history
  • Preview, save, and send diagnosis-report PDFs

Billing and communication

Build a receipt across several treatment days.

  • Save receipt drafts and reopen them later
  • Add service date, description, quantity, and rate
  • Track paid and pending payment history
  • Use clinic branding, logo, and authorized signature
  • Create numbered receipt PDFs
  • Send welcome messages, reminders, receipts, and reports

Local-first storage

Records stay in ordinary local files.

PhysioKeep keeps its JSON backup and per-patient Excel workbooks in the current Windows user’s Documents folder. Receipt and diagnosis PDFs are saved under Downloads. No PhysioKeep cloud account, advertising, or remote telemetry was found.

WhatsApp messages and PDFs leave the computer only after clinic staff choose Send. They are then handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms.

Version 1.2.1 adds an optional Donate page. It opens Support AMK in the default browser, sends no clinic records, and unlocks no application features.

Clinic responsibility

Protect health records like any other clinic document.

  • Use a Windows password and restricted user access
  • Enable full-disk encryption where available
  • Maintain an independent, tested backup
  • Obtain consent before storing or sending patient data
  • Follow applicable retention and professional requirements

Important limits

This is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device.

PhysioKeep does not encrypt its JSON, Excel, or PDF records and has no user roles, audit trail, automatic off-device backup, or multi-computer synchronization. It does not replace clinical judgment, emergency services, or legal/compliance advice.

WhatsApp automation depends on the WhatsApp Web interface and may require an app update if that interface changes.
